Managing Partners


David Schneid, Esq., is the Managing Partner of Robertson, Anschutz & Schneid, P.L. and actively manages the daily operations of the firm, including the managing of over 100 attorneys in the state of Florida. Since 1994, his experience includes conducting institutional lender and private mortgage foreclosures, residential and commercial closings, representing community associations, and handling collections and other various civil matters. David received his Bachelor of Arts degree from State University of New York at Albany in 1990 and his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 1994. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1994. His areas of concentration are institutional lender and private mortgage foreclosures, default title, mediation, loss mitigation, commercial and residential real estate transactions, municipal code violations and fine mitigation, and lender related community association law.

David’s prior professional experience was with the firm of Yablin & Schneid, P.A. from 1994 through 1999, where he was responsible for firm management and business development for all Florida operations, and where he supervised the real estate, foreclosure and collections departments. While with the West Palm Beach firm of St. John, Dicker, Kaplan, Krivok & Core from 1999 through 2000, David was responsible for all residential and commercial lending foreclosures in the State of Florida. At the Law Offices of David J. Schneid, P.A. from 2000 through 2010, David handled all Florida foreclosure operations and oversaw a network of legal professionals handling default loan legal services in Florida, South Carolina, and Kentucky and a high-volume Florida REO transaction portfolio.


Sara Boriskin, Esq. received her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2003 and was admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. Ms. Boriskin is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Financial and Legal Network and the New York City Bar Association where she was nominated to and serves on the Administrative Law Committee. Ms. Boriskin has performed both institutional and private investor mortgage foreclosures, residential and commercial closings, commercial leasing, civil litigation and corporate formation. Ms. Boriskin focuses her practice on mortgage foreclosure, litigation, default title, mediation, loss mitigation and real estate transactions.

Ms. Boriskin is a founding member of RAS Boriskin, LLC. Prior to founding RAS Boriskin in 2013, she enjoyed many successes at Berkman, Henoch, Peterson, Peddy & Fenchel, P.C. It was there, while managing the firm’s mortgage default practice groups, that Ms. Boriskin established an industry reputation in creditor’s rights, worked in commercial real estate and lending and was actively involved in business development. She has served the financial services industry throughout her legal career. Ms. Boriskin’s other experiences include: The White House, Deloitte & Touche, LLP and Newmark Knight Frank, each of which has helped her formulate her management style.


Richard M. Citron, Esq. graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics in 1991 and received a Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1995. Mr. Citron is a licensed attorney in the states of New Jersey and New York.

After graduating from law school, Richard worked for the Honorable Martin Greenberg, Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division of Hudson County, NJ. Before starting his own firm, Mr. Citron was employed by the Roseland, NJ firm of Furst Gelfond & Tolstoi which acted as in house counsel for a multi-state mortgage company.

Richard has vast experience representing purchasers, sellers and lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions. He has also acted as title review counsel for several multi-state mortgage companies, handles landlord tenant matters and writ of possession actions. Richard Citron has his title producer’s license in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.


James L. Robertson is a managing partner in the law firm Robertson Anschutz Vetters, with its principal office in Houston, Texas. Mr. Robertson graduated from the University Of Texas School Of Law in 1968 and began his law practice in Houston with the firm of Dyche, Wheat, Thornton & Wright in 1969. The main focus of his law practice has been real estate law where he has represented title companies and served as a fee attorney, represented and participated as a real estate developer of both residential and commercial properties, and represented mortgage bankers and brokers. His current practice is limited to the representation of mortgage lenders. Mr. Robertson is licensed to practice in the state of Texas, various federal courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Everett L. Anschutz is a managing partner in the law firm Robertson Anschutz Vetters with its principal office in Houston, Texas. He attended the University of Texas and the University of Texas Law School graduating in 1967. Mr. Anschutz began a real estate related practice in 1973, providing document preparation and foreclosure services to mortgage lenders. Other services over the years included mortgage related litigation, and advice on a wide range of regulatory compliance issues. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Texas Land Title Association, Texas Association of Bank Counsel, Texas Association of Mortgage Professionals, and Texas Mortgage Bankers Association.
Mr. Anschutz served as Legal Counsel to the Texas Association of Mortgage Brokers for several years. In that capacity he has been involved in legislative activities, presenting oral and written testimony before legislative committees and participated in legislative stakeholder meetings, including interim study committee meetings. He has testified before the Texas Finance Commission concerning proposed rules issued by the Commission. Mr. Anschutz has been a contributing editor to the Texas Mortgage Lending Law & Practice Deskbook. [Licensed in Texas – 1967]


Thomas Vetters is a managing partner of Robertson Anschutz Vetters. He graduated from Texas A&M University and South Texas College of Law. He is Board Certified in Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and his primary practice areas include residential and commercial real estate transactions as well as regulatory compliance on both state and federal matters. Mr. Vetters is the new partner with the law firm of Robertson Anschutz Vetters and offices in Austin, Texas. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association and previously chaired their Regulatory Compliance committee and served on their Executive Committee. In addition Mr. Vetters is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Association of Mortgage Professionals, the Texas Association of Bank Counsel, the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association, the Austin Bar Association and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the State Bar of Texas. He is admitted to practice in Texas and the U.S. Western District of Texas. [Licensed in Texas – 2000]


John Crane received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Tennessee and his law degree from Mississippi College School of Law. Mr. Crane counsels national mortgage servicers on the myriad of federal and state laws impacting foreclosure, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, REO, eviction and other areas of the default servicing industry. His areas of expertise include bankruptcy law, creditor rights, foreclosure law, property law, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Truth-in-Lending, RESPA, mortgage regulatory compliance, banking regulations and FCRA. Mr. Crane has devoted much of his time to the consumer bankruptcy space and has played an active role in the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees (NACTT) Mortgage Committee and currently serves as the Committee’s Co-Chairman. Prior to joining the firm, he was the Deputy General Counsel of Citi’s North American Operations where he provided legal support to the default servicing areas within Citi’s consumer businesses.
